  • Jennifer Lofton

    Director - Jennifer (Jen)

    Jennifer has been with Open Arms since 2011 and Director since 2014


    Bachelors in Early Childhood Education specializing in Differentiated Instruction from Ashford University 2020.

    She has a Masters in Education specializing in Early Childhood Education from the University of Arizona Global Campus 2021. 


    Level V Colorado Shines Credential with Large center qualifications. 

  • Johanna

    Johanna has been with Open Arms since 2019. 


    She has a BA in Sociology / Anthropology and a BA in History and Religions From California Lutheran University. 

    A Masters in Administration Leadership and Policy Studies with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education from CU Denver.  


    Level VI Colorado Shines Credential, also large center qualified. 

  • Amanda   -  lead preschool

    Amanda has been with Open Arms since 2020. 


    She has a BA in Communications from CU Boulder. She has lived in Summit county since 2011. She has taken several ECE classes through Colorado Mountain College. 


    Amanda holds a Level V Colorado Shines Credential

  • Erin   -  Lead Preschool

    Erin joined Open Arms in 2019. 


    Erin is currently working on her CDA. 


    Currently Erin holds a Level II  Colorado Shines Credential. 

  • Grandma Judy    -   Lead Toddler

    Grandma Judy joined Open Ams in 2016.


    Grandma Judy worked in the school district for 25 years before retiring. Retirement could not keep her away from students, She had to join Open Arms. 

    Currently Grandma Judy holds a Level II Colorado Shines Credential. 

  • Sue - Lead Toddler

    Sue joined Open Arms in 2012.


    She has a Bachelors in Elementary Education and History from University of New York (S.U.N.Y)

    Masters in Early CHildhood Education from Alabama A & M


    Currently has a Level VI Colorado Shines Credential.
